Mounting Your Print

Mat board, also known as mount board, is a thick, rigid material used in picture framing to provide a border around artwork, enhance its visual appeal, and protect it from direct contact with the frame's glass.

We recommend that you mount your valuable print behind an acid-free mat mounting board. In doing this, the print is not in contact with the glass and the chance of mould growing, especially in humid climates, is reduced.
